Pastor Soul Care
Sometimes a pastor needs another pastor. Ministry creates burdens that pastors cannot always discuss freely with members of their congregation, staff, friends, or family.
These sessions give pastors and ministry leaders a confidential place for biblical reflection, prayer, perspective, and honest conversation.
Pastor Soul Care Session | 60 minutes | $125

Ongoing Pastor Care
For pastors who want another experienced pastor regularly walking alongside them.
Pastor Care | $225 each month
Two 60-minute private sessions each month, prayer and spiritual encouragement, personalized resources when appropriate, and priority scheduling.
Pastor Care Plus | $295 each month
Two 60-minute private sessions each month, reasonable text and email access between sessions, priority scheduling, prayer, personalized resources, help processing urgent ministry decisions, and a quarterly 90-minute ministry health review.
Pastor Care Plus works especially well as a church-funded pastoral care and professional development benefit.
Ministry Consulting
Soul care focuses on the pastor. Consulting focuses on the ministry problem.
Ministry Strategy Session | 90 minutes | $195
Bring one significant ministry challenge, such as revitalization, leadership structure, deacon ministry, church conflict, discipleship, staffing, or a pastoral transition. The session ends with clearly identified next steps.
Ministry Deep Dive | 3 hours | $450
Includes a pre-consultation questionnaire, review of relevant materials, a three-hour consultation, written recommended next steps, and a 30-minute follow-up conversation.
Church Revitalization Consultation | Full day | Starting at $1,000
For churches that need an outside pastoral perspective on health, decline, leadership, structure, mission, discipleship, conflict, or revitalization. Pricing depends upon preparation, scope, travel, and follow-up. Travel expenses may apply.
Before You Schedule
Scholarship assistance. Finances should not automatically prevent someone from receiving pastoral care. A limited number of reduced-rate appointments may remain available for pastors, missionaries, ministry families, and individuals experiencing genuine financial hardship. Availability depends upon current capacity.
An important distinction. Faithfully Entrusted Soul Care provides pastoral care, biblical guidance, discipleship, coaching, and ministry consultation. These services do not constitute psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical care, or services from a licensed mental-health professional.
When someone's needs fall outside the appropriate scope of pastoral soul care, Faithfully Entrusted may encourage that person to seek qualified medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional assistance.
